Hey everyone Nate here from the Minneapolis Chris and Rob's.  As some of you may know I play a lot of Hockey in my free time during the winter.  The place I go to most often is Hiawatha school which has a Minneapolis park on the same property.  For those who don't know the cross streets are 42nd Ave South and 42nd Street East.  I grew up right in this neighborhood and spent a lot of time at this park playing Hockey.  It is a really nice place to go for some good fun, and it does not cost you a thing to rent skates or use the ice.  The employees and even the other people there that are just trying to have a day of fun are always so nice.  The ice is usaully pretty decent depending on how the weather is doing.  They have a very nice warming house.  For those that aren't very experienced skaters there is probably someone up there that is willing to teach you whatever you need to become a professional, after all thats how I learned all my moves is from other kids that were up there.  So whether your looking for a nice pick-up game or just to skate around I would definitely recommend you check this place out.
